Our Fabric Sourcing Service takes the guesswork out of online fabric shopping. Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll use our experience to search for fabrics that are both suitable for your garment and a good match for what you have in mind.

How it works

Tell us what you’re dreaming of.

Whether it’s a particular color, print, fabric type, occasion, or simply a general idea, tell us what you have in mind. Inspiration photos are welcome, too.

We’ll do the searching.

We’ll search online fabric sources and put together a curated selection of suitable options for you to consider. We’ll evaluate more than just appearance—we’ll also consider the qualities that matter for your particular garment, such as weight, drape, stretch, fiber content, and opacity.

You choose your favorite.

We’ll send your options by text or email so you can review them and make the final choice.

Once you’ve chosen your fabric, you can purchase it yourself and have it shipped directly to us, or you can have us handle the ordering through our Fabric Purchasing Service.

Service fee

Fabric sourcing starts at $15.

Because every search is different, we’ll quote your sourcing fee after we know what you’re looking for and before we begin the search.

Straightforward requests may be just $15, while more specific, unusual, or multi-fabric searches will require a higher sourcing fee.

What about swatches?

Fabric options and selections are sent electronically by text or email in nearly all cases.

If physical swatches are needed and available from the fabric seller, additional charges will apply for the swatches and shipping.

Good to know

You’ll always have the final say on your fabric selection.

Once you’ve chosen your fabric, you’re welcome to purchase it yourself and have it shipped directly to us. If you’d prefer that we handle the ordering for you, the Fabric Purchasing Service fee will be added.
