In a nutshell

We want happy customers.

Returns for a refund: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an unworn, unwashed garment in its original condition for a refund, exclusive of shipping.

Exchanges: You have up to one year to exchange an unworn garment for another garment or store credit.

Returns after 30 days: Returns received more than 30 days after you receive your order, but within one year, are eligible for store credit.

Sometimes perfection takes a second try. If your first order isn’t quite right, no worries—we have a very generous exchange policy.

If it’s something we did wrong, we’ll make it right.

If it’s simply a matter of not loving the style, fit, or color, you can exchange your unworn garment for another garment or store credit for up to one year.

For exchanges, you are responsible for the cost of returning the original garment to us, but we’ll ship your replacement to you free of charge within the U.S. And if you’d like to add additional items to that shipment, that’s fine with us—there’s no additional shipping charge for those either.

For international exchanges, we’ll credit the equivalent of our domestic shipping cost toward your replacement shipment, reducing the postage cost to you.

Special lengths are usually still returnable. You may return or exchange an unworn garment even if you opted for a special length, unless you were advised otherwise at the time of order.
