1x - 46"/94"/18 3/4", 2x - 50"/94"/20 1/4", 3x - 54"/94"/22 1/2", 

4x - 58"/114"/ 24 1/4", 5x - 62"/114"/ 26 1/2", 6x - 66"/114"/28 3/4",

* 7x - 73"/138"/31", 8x - 79" / 138"/32 1/2",

*in larger sizes, depending on the fabric, we may need to add seams (skirts done in 6 even panels). There is a small surcharge for sizes 7x - 10x. 

Average neckline depths, from high point shoulder to center front, on a straight diagonal line:  

ballet neck - 6 3/4", med scoop neck - 9", scoop neck - 10 1/4", square neck - 9 1/2", sweetheart neck - 11 1/4", high v-neck - 8 1/2", med v-neck - 9 1/2", v-neck - 10 3/8".

Our cut and sew charge would be $105, including the side seam pockets.
For this style as shown, sizes 1x - 6x, you need 4 yards of 58/60" wide fabric, and it needs to be a stretchy knit fabric.
For sizes 7x - 10x, you need 5 1/2 yards. (If you want it much longer, you'll need extra fabric).
