This style is different than our usual items, in that it is very shirred, with plenty of room.
Actual garment measurements, for the tunic circumference at bust / hip @ 26" down / bicep circumference:
Small (1x - 4x) 86" / 94" / 30"
Medium: (5x - 7x) 101"/ 112 / 34"
Large: (8x - 10x) 114" / 130" / 36"
*in larger sizes, depending on the fabrics, we may need to add seams.

Our cut and sew charge for the basic tunic would be $114. Add $5 for pockets.
This style can be made up in either a knit or woven fabric, the main thing is that it's not too heavy or stiff. As long as the fabric is described as "blouse weight", you'll be fine.
For this style as shown, in size Small you need 3 1/2 yards of 58/60" wide fabric, or 5 yards of 44/45" narrow fabric. In size Medium, you need 4 yards of 58/60", or 5 yards of 44/45" fabric. In size Large, 4 yards of 58/60" fabric or 6 yards of 44/45" fabric.
If you want it much longer than 40", buy a little extra.
