Janelle made this dress for me in Teal crinkle cotton. It’s a new favourite. I love how it fits on top, not tight, but enough shape to show I have a shape. The skirt then flares out and covers my pear bottom. It’s classy as well as fun. I can see this working on many different fabrics. It makes a lovely professional dress, and in a fun fabric would also be a great “fun” outfit. Winner!
