🧵 Suggested Fabrics
The Leilani can be made in either a knit or a woven fabric, the main thing is that it's not too heavy or stiff. As long as the fabric is described as light weight (medium at most), or blouse weight you'll be fine.
The most popular fabric that we sell this dress in is cotton cambric or cotton voile (light weight woven cottons). The hand-printed wood block prints of Indian cottons are especially well suited. Other possible fabric types are rayon challis, handkerchief weight linens, or light-med weight jersey knits.
