🧵 Suggested Fabrics
Cotton Spandex Jersey is our most popular pant fabric. Pants can be made out of either woven, stretch woven, or stretchy knits, the choice is yours! The one thing you want to watch for is that the fabric is not too light weight, just for durabilities sake. Read fabric descriptions, they will usually comment if a fabric is medium weight, or suitable for pants. Woven fabrics: Twill, Gabardine, Suitings, Linen (at least 5 oz weight). Add spandex to any of these and you have a stretch woven fabric. Stretch Fabrics: Cotton Spandex Jersey, French Terry, Fleece, Ponte.

Yardage Requirements – Pants:
Yardage is based on a maximum inseam of 22". For longer inseams or fabric shrinkage, additional yardage may be required.

For 58/60" wide fabric:

Tapered Leg Capri Pants

Generous full fit, with leg tapered in at hem, but not an extreme taper. 

  • 18" standard inseam
  • double stitched elastic waist 
  • our new fit has more room in the "saddle", for less crotch wrinkling
  • the hem opening is approximately 11" - 12" wide, varies by size, see spec chart
  • optional pockets.  Our new slash pockets are less bulky, and stitched down flat to hold a smartphone flat and secure

  • optional drawcord. Usually black, navy or white cotton.
